MCC is a Māori led company, focused on creating value for Mana Whenua that participate in providing Carbon solutions.
Our core focus is to facilitate opportunities with Mana Whenua by entering into equal sharing partnership that allow our partners to participate meaningfully when they engage their whenua by registering it in Governments Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS).
Our commitment is to return the chance to obtain the full significant benefits and deliaer them directly back into Mana Whenua, and the region of planting.
Equal partnership means our partner bring their whenua and MCC provide all capital and finance required to establish a permanent Carbon Forest that we plant in such way that we maximise optimal Carbon sequestration and with intervention over time revert back to permanent native bush.
